The name of my company is “Healthy & Tasty.” It was created in 2015 and has actively developed in the USA. Now it has seven branches in various cities such as New York, Boston, and San Francisco. The company sells ready-made dishes made of organic products. The main point of its culture is openness: there are not many employees, so they all know each other and behave friendly. It is always possible to talk to managers and tell them about some issues that will be solved quickly. The company’s strategic goal is to make healthy and delicious foods available to all kinds of people.
The new policy of the company is the diversity policy. The purpose of its creation is the company’s internationalization. There are many employees from different countries, and it is necessary to make the work comfortable for the people of each nation. The scope of the policy includes all the employees and their communication. The main definition is equality β each employee should be treated with respect regardless of nation, race, gender, age, and all the other characteristics (Schreiber & Berge, 2018). In other words, our employees are equal and we appreciate them and want them to live in peace.
Procedure: the first step is to identify diversity managers. These people will be responsible for the communication with employees. They will regularly conduct surveys among workers and find out if something is wrong. They will conduct lectures about equality, teamwork, and psychology (Neck, Houghton, & Murray, L. 2018). In case of conflicts, they will try to solve them with their means or, if it is impossible, report to senior managers. As a result, the employees will appreciate each other more and work in a friendly and respectful atmosphere.
