There is involvement of taking responsibility and action either from a personal, local, regional, or internal perspective (Waldman & O’Reilly, 2019). Both the leadership styles and ranks and the grassroots organizing efforts and political ideologies ensure that anyone in a position to advocate for change or transformation is capable of doing so comfortably. They both develop with time and how often they are practiced.
Leadership styles, ranks, and the grassroots organizing efforts with political ideology help the respective leaders to set goals and missions to accomplish. However, they are used to determine the outcome and productivity of the firm (Gilstrap, 2009). Both are facilitated with the concept of making leadership effective and bringing out the desired outcome and productivity in a firms’ settings, operations, or society where leadership is being practiced.

Grassroots organizing efforts and political ideologies are designed so that leaders can address and solve problems facing the members of the community at a personalized level. Some of the concepts that form the basis of the leadership styles and ranks include the authoritative, democratic, paternalistic, and free-rein forms of leadership, which are commonly applied. However, the application of the styles depends on the situation a leader finds themselves in to determine the right approach to handle the situation (Wibowo, & Paramita, 2021). From the differences, it is noticeable that leadership styles and ranks have prescribed formulas that leaders must follow when handling various situations.
The grassroots organizing efforts and political ideologies have no prescribed formula. Still, the leadership approaches are community-based and easily solve the problems from a specific perspective, and it may either be at the local, regional, or international level. Grassroots movements in marginalized areas tend to take the form of ethnic and social movements (Borregard, 2019). This form of movement helps to advocate for positive development projects on behalf of the community, ethnic group, and nation as a whole.
However, from the comparison and contrast of the leadership styles and ranks with the grassroots organizing efforts and political ideologies, we are able to understand that in every situation that requires change, there is a need to have a leader. We learn that both aspects, leadership styles, ranks and grassroots organizing efforts, and political ideologies, are both interested in transforming the state of a firm or community, but how they approach the solution makes them different (Nagle, 2019). However, incorporating leadership styles and ranks and grassroots organizing efforts and political ideologies would significantly help in solving most of our problems in our communities and firms.

A leader has to have a stable cognitive development and mental health to them focus on serving their duties.
